The Dynamic Coupling of Left Ventricle and Systemic Arteries

  • 摘要: 心血管系统是一个复杂的耦合系统,研究心脏和血管之间的相互作用有助于揭示心血管疾病的机理及发病规律。左心室的E(t)-R模型和体动脉树的T-Y管模型被用来研究心室-血管的动态耦合,得到了与生理实验符合得很好的结果。并详细探讨了各参数对心功能的影响及最优耦合问题,所得结果具有临床应用价值。
