  • The global exponential stability of complex-valued neural networks with proportional delays was investigated. By means of the vector Lyapunov function theory, the homomorphic mapping theorem, the M-matrix theory and the inequality technique, a delay-independent sufficient condition was obtained to ensure the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of the considered neural networks.
